By submitting film, photographs, or other materials to our lab, you confirm that you have the right to possess and reproduce the submitted material.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains illegal material or material that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law.

Film photography involves inherent risks, including damaged film, blank exposures, processing problems, scanning issues, shipping loss, or equipment failure. We take reasonable precautions when handling customer materials, but liability for lost or damaged film, negatives, photographs, or digital files will be limited to the amount paid for the affected service unless otherwise required by law.

Customers are responsible for downloading and backing up delivered digital files. We cannot guarantee indefinite storage of scans or other digital files.
