Turnaround times for film processing, scanning, printing, and other services are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, film condition, equipment issues, or other circumstances.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping film to our lab. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when mailing film.
