Got questions?
Ask the lab
New to film or coming back after a few decades? Here's what folks ask us most.
How do I send my film to Pinewink?
Start a developing order online, choose your process and options, then pack your rolls securely and mail them to the lab. We'll email you when they arrive and again when your scans are ready.
Which film formats do you develop?
Color (C-41) and black-and-white in 35mm and 120, plus the vintage sizes many labs skip: 110, 127 and 620. Not sure what you've got? Send us a photo of the roll and we'll tell you.
How do I receive my scans?
Your scans are delivered digitally with a download link sent straight to your inbox, ready to share, edit or print.
Can you develop old or expired film?
Absolutely. Found film is some of our favorite work. Results vary with age and storage, but we'll do everything we can to bring those images back.
I'm brand new to film. Where do I start?
Grab one of our shoot & develop kits. Each one includes a camera, a roll of film and developing by Pinewink, so all you have to do is shoot.
